FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
THE PURCHASE PROCESS:
You’ll go through a 3-step process to purchase your Australian Migration Report:
(1) Make payment for your Report via Stripe or PayPal.
(2) Download and complete your Australian migration questionnaire.
(3) Return your completed questionnaire together with your CV, copies of your qualification documents (if applicable), and proof of payment via email to teamsupport@intergate-emigration.com
You may cancel your order for a Migration Report, but you must do so in writing within 48 hours of placing your order. If we have already started work on your report at the time of your cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you a percentage of the total fee.
No, it is not. Buying a Migration Report is a once-off transaction. The Migration Report enables you to do your immigration yourself. However, if you would like to sign up as a client of ours at any stage after purchasing your Report, you can do so.
PAYMENT:
You'll get your personalised Australian Migration Report, including a free 30-minute call with a licensed advisor, for a once-off fee of €150.
You pay for your Migration Report using Stripe, i.e. your credit card.
We only offer refunds in very limited circumstances.

Our Australian Migration Reports are written by our MARA-registered and licensed advisors. Our advisors have extensive experience in immigration. Our team has helped partners, parents, skilled migrants, entrepreneurs, and investors to obtain visas and residency in Australia.
To enable us to complete your Migration Report, you must send us the completed questionnaire as provided during the booking process as well as your CV and, if applicable, copies of your qualification documents. If you do not provide these documents to us within 7 working days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled. There will be no refund in this case.
You’ll receive your Migration Report within 7 to 10 working days of us receiving your completed questionnaire and the relevant documents.
Your consultation call will be with Katrin Maja O’Flynn or Maike Versfeld, our licensed advisors for Australia.
Our advisor will discuss the outcome and details of the Migration Report during the consultation call. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions you have about your immigration eligibility and the immigration process during your consultation call.
GETTING FURTHER IMMIGRATION ADVICE:
If you require further migration advice, including additional questions regarding the matters discussed during the consultation call, you must first enter into a formal agreement with Us, as required by law.
If you are seeking advice concerning any further migration-related matter, you must book a new consultation with us as required by law.
