FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is the Green List?
A curated list of high-demand occupations that fast-track residence in New Zealand. Tier 1 offers Straight to Residence; Tier 2 offers Work to Residence after two years.
-
How long does a partner visa take?
Partner work visa processing currently runs four to six months once the file is complete. Partner of a worker, partner of a student, and partner of a resident each have separate criteria.

Can I apply from inside New Zealand?
For some categories yes, for others no. Onshore vs offshore is one of the most common technical errors in unrepresented applications; we map this in the strategy call.
