To apply for a Partner of a New Zealander Work Visa, the applicant must be married to or in a civil union or de facto relationship with a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. The relationship must be genuine and stable, and partners must live together.
Partner of a New Zealander Work Visa cannot include dependent children on their visa application. Instead, dependent children must apply for their visas based on their relationship to the applicant.
